Step 1: Let's start by cutting the A4 ivory card to measure 29.5cm wide x 15cm tall. With the long side toward you score the card at 10cm and again at 20cm from the left hand side, this will leave us with 9.5cm to make the fold over pocket. Step 2: Now for the technical bit!!!!!! I used a roll of double-sided tape but any similar round object will do. Place the roll of tape on to the right section of the card and draw round it to make an arch, in the sample the arch is 7cm from the bottom to the highest point. Step 3: Cut around the pencil line and also cut off the top section by cutting along the crease line, when folded over and secured this section will now form the pocket for the tags. Step 4: Take the stylus tool and attach one of the black foam heads, I used the square one on the sample. Heat the foam tip by holding it near a light bulb for a few seconds, then press firmly into either a stamp or anything with texture. We are going to use this to add a pattern to both sides of the card by inking the tip and pressing onto the card, use the coffee bean and galaxy gold ink in alternate sections. Step 5: With the inside of the card facing you attach a torn strip of the word definitions paper and a torn strip of the advertising paper on either side of the crease line as seen in the sample. Attach a strip of double-sided tape along the inside bottom edge of the pocket section and fold it over to secure. Step 6: Cut a piece of the tape measurement sticker and attach it along the bottom of the pocket, also place a strip of the tape on the left half of the card with one edge up to the fold, it will cover a little of the definitions paper but don't worry about it. Step 7: Punch three holes along the open edge of the pocket and attach the tacks in place. Stamp the Twyla Tharp saying onto a piece of the paper wood using the vintage sepia inkpad, tear around the saying and run the inkpad along all the edges, then attach this piece to the front of the pocket with double-sided tape. Step 8: Spray all the tags with the walnut ink and when dry decorate the four largest tags with decorative paper and stamp each one with a different woman image using the charcoal inkpad. Stamp the button onto a couple of them using the dark brown inkpad, stamp the Lauren Bacall saying and the word beauty on a couple more using the charcoal inkpad. Step 9: Attach the tags to dark brown card using double-sided tape and trim to leave narrow borders all round. Punch holes through the dark brown backing card by lining up the punch with the hole in the tag and then attach fibres through the holes to decorate the tags, slip the tags in the pocket and that's that half finished. Step 10: Tear a piece of decorative paper about 7cm wide x 2.5cm tall and attach to the top left on the inside of the card using double-sided tape. Stamp the lace border on to a strip of dark brown card using the galaxy gold inkpad, then cut this piece to measure 5.8cm wide x 1cm tall and attach to the decorative paper strip using double-sided tape. Step 11: Attach the tiny tags upside down onto the strip of brown card using double-sided tape, and attach the word love to the tags using the typewriter sticker letters. Stamp the texture stamp onto the three scallop tags using dark brown ink and then stamp the word beauty using charcoal ink across the largest tag and attach it to the left on the inside of the card as seen in the sample. Step 12: With the watermark inkpad stamp the row of squares on either side of the slide mount and emboss with your choice of powder. Stamp one of the women onto a scrap of ivory card with the second generation of ink, this makes for a faded look. Stipple the image gently using dark brown ink and attach to the back of the slide mount. Step 13: Attach the two small scallop tags, one to the top and the other to the bottom of the slide mount using the brown brads, at the same time and using the same brads attach the heart and the spiral clip over the tags as seen in the sample. Put double-sided tape on the back if the slide mount, and place foam pads on the back of the tags so that they will stand out a little. Attach this to the inside left of the card below the tiny tags making sure to secure all the strings from the tiny tags behind the tag at the top of the slide mount. Step 14: Cut out a quote or saying of your choice from the printed paper and stamp the texture stamp all over it using the dark brown ink, then attach the quote or saying underneath the slide mount using pritt stick. Well that's the inside of the card finished so let's get on to finish off the front. Step 15: Swipe the creamy brown inkpad over the 8.8cm x 6.4cm piece of ivory card to add a little colour. Stamp the woman with the scrabble letter stamp onto the card using the coffee bean inkpad. Attach to a layer of dark brown card using double-sided tape and trim the top and both sides to leave a narrow border, now tear across the bottom leaving about 1.8cm of dark brown card showing then rub the torn edge with the creamy brown inkpad. Step 16: Tear a strip of the decorative paper and attach along the the bottom of the torn edge using pritt stick. Cut a small piece of the tape measurement sticker and attach it to the top right of the stamped image. Attach a brass tag over the stamped scrabble tile with a piece of double-sided tape. Now secure firmly by pushing a gold brad through the hole in the tag and through the card as well. Darken the scrabble letter using the coffee bean inkpad and attach to the brass tag using a piece of double-sided tape. Step 17: Put two pieces of the yellow gingham ribbon over the image so that it crosses over just like the stamped ribbon does and secure the ends of the ribbon at the back of the layer with foam pads. With gold thread sew the button to the centre of the ribbon where it crosses over, make sure to go through the card layers as well. Attach the stamped layer to the front of the card using double-sided foam pads. Step 18: Cut out a word definition from the paper definitions, in the sample I used remember. Swipe the creamy brown inkpad over the paper and attach to a layer of dark brown card using pritt stick. Trim the top and both sides to leave a border and tear across the bottom, rub the creamy brown inkpad along the torn edge. With double-sided foam pads attach this layer to the bottom of the card underneath the woman image.
